Reception & Placement Program Supervisor - Case Worker

Hiba joined resettlement program at CCCAS in 2015 and served as Case Manager. She came to United State as refugee from Iraq in 2014. She has a bachelor’s degree in Laser engineering from University of Technology Baghdad, Iraq in 2010. Prior to her arrival she Worked in Baghdad Provincial Council (Administrative office). Hiba re-joined CCCAS team in 2021 as Reception and placement Supervisor Program. Prior she worked at PNC Bank in Erie PA and has a banking work experiences. Since she had the same experience as refugee in the past, Hiba enjoyed helping and support the newcomers during their resettlement journey.
