Dawn Joy Ph.D., RN joined CCCAS in 2023. She has a variety of clinical, administrative and leadership roles in many diverse health care settings. She also has had extensive volunteer involvement with non-profits and served as principal investigator for multiple grants.
She holds a BSN from Villa Maria College and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Gannon University.
