Drug and Alcohol Counselor

Alyssa is a newly dedicated substance abuse counselor at CCCAS, having started in November 2025. She received her Master's degree in Educational Psychology from Pennsylvania Western University in 2023 and is currently pursuing a PhD in Forensic Psychology from Walden University. Alyssa brings a wealth of knowledge regarding substance use with previous work as a drug and alcohol counselor. She is dedicated to serving clients and helping them navigate the challenges of drug use and finding a path forward.

Alyssa grew up in Erie, PA, and has lived in the area throughout her life. She would regard herself as open-minded and empathetic to struggles experienced by clients, and understands that every voice deserves to be heard. She credits her extensive history working with various populations, along with her educational background, as being what makes her an exceptional professional.

Alyssa enjoys spending time with family and friends in her free time as well as relaxing with her two cats. She also enjoys working out and spending time in nature.
