We have professonal counselors available in each of our 12 offices throughout the Diocese. We offer individual, couple's and family counseling services. Most major insurances are accepted.
We offer a full range of Adoption services throughout the Erie Diocese. We are a licensed provider within the State Wide Adoption and Kinship Network (SWAN). Visit our Adoption page for further information.
A major component of our pro-life, abortion alternatives programming is our Real Alternatives/Project WIN (Women in Need) program. This program focuses on providing pregnant women with counseling services and, in some cases material goods, to encourage and support their decision to parent their expected child.
Our agency has welcomed refugees into the Erie area since the early 1970's.
Our resettlement services include meeting basic needs (food, clothing), assisting with housing needs, and providing assistance with employment. Volunteers are highly valued members of this program and we are constantly in need of donated furniture.
Celebrate Adoption Dinner
Highlights
In recognition of National Adoption Month, Catholic Charities Counseling & Adoption Services held its first annual Celebrate Adoption dinner. Our dinner celebration was held on November 21st and nearly 300 people attended this special event.
