Ramon joined CCCAS in 2023 as the Administrative Assistant. Ramon was born in Guatemala and raised in Southern California. Ramon comes to CCCAS with experience in organizational and systems management, employee training and development, as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion specialization. Ramon attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, studying Psychology with a focus on Child and Adolescent Development. Ramon also completed a 12 Week Leadership and Effective Communication program in 2022 at the renowned Dale Carnegie organization.
