Ramon joined CCCAS in 2023 as an Administrative Assistant, becoming the Director of Operations in 2024. Ramon is proud to have been born in Guatemala, to be adopted, and raised in Southern California. Ramon comes to CCCAS with proven experience in organizational systems creation, implementation & management, employee development & training, as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion specialization. Ramon attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, studying Psychology with a focus on Child and Adolescent Development, and has a degree in Specialized Technology in Architectural Design and CAD. In 2022, Ramon completed a 12 Week Leadership and Effective Communication program at the renowned Dale Carnegie organization.
