Nandu, the Resettlement Director is an immigrant from Bhutan who came to the United States in 2008 and join the resettlement team at CCCAS in 2009. He is also currently serving as USCCB’s Diocesan Advisory Group (DAG) member who facilitates bi-monthly Resettlement Director Communities of Practice (COP) and provide feedback on program design. Nandu is also currently serving in Mayor’s New American Council for the city of Erie, PA. Nandu is an active volunteer for the Bhutanese Community in Erie and has served as Board Chair in prior years. Prior to joining CCCAS, Nandu was a teacher and school administrator in Nepal. Nandu completed his bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Social Science from Tribhuvan University of Nepal.
