Working in various mental health and addiction treatment settings, Kolbe Gray LPC, CRC, LBS has accumulated a plethora of experience and knowledge. In turn, Ms. Gray has provided effective interventions to culturally diverse clients, including those from underserved communities. Ms. Gray is a licensed rehabilitation counselor with over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples and families coping with mental health and substance abuse issues. Ms. Gray facilitated an evidence based cognitive behavioral curriculum through the Erie County Prison, which encouraged and fostered the development of safe, healthy and addiction-free individuals by increasing resiliency factors and decreasing risk factors. Ms. Gray has a strong desire to share her skills and knowledge with individuals in the Erie region. She wants to continue working with clients to help them identify, develop and use their own unique strengths to support their recovery.
