Binod joined the CCCAS team in February 2022 as the Legal Case Manager to help the APA clients with the parole process to get their legal status adjustment and obtain Permanent Residency. Binod collaborates with attorneys, staff, and clients to manage their client’s documents, present case summaries/updates, and to ensure that deadlines are met. Binod was born and raised in Morang, Nepal, and came to the U.S. with his family in 2009. He graduated from Charter School of Excellence in 2012. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management from Syracuse in 2016.
